Trustees of St Ives Rowing Club
On the Twelfth of March 1930 Charles Mervyn Coote (Hereafter called The Vendor) sold to George Lewis Day (Solicitor), Albert Leonard Dellar (Fishmonger), Ernest George Holmes (Clerk) and Frederick Maurice Warren (Justice of the Peace) (Hereafter called The Trustees) the building at 25 The Broadway, St. Ives, now used as Granaries, Malting Offices, Stables and the land (colour blue on the plans) to The Trustees for the sum of 300 pounds. Bounded on the South by the Great Ouse River and to the North by the other property retained by the Vendor (colour yellow on the plans), giving the right of way at all times over this section of land to the Trustees and their successors and all persons authorised by them, and for the purpose to lay Water, Gas, Drainage and Electric cables through, along and over that portion of land.
