Safety Documentation

Rowing is a safe sport if done properly, but as with all watersports there are extra considerations to be mindful of. All members of the club should be fully aware of the safety precautions involved in the sport. Please take the time to look through some of the following resources.

New Club Safety Plan 2011 can be found HERE, please read carefully.

According to British Rowing Rules that St. Ives Rowing Club have undertaken, any incidents that happen at the club should be reported HERE or if you are a member, on the British Rowing Website HERE . Alternatively fill in the incident report form on the safety board.

Senior Land Training = Mon to Fri 5.30am & Tues & Thurs 6pm

Core Circuits = Wed 7pm

Junior & Senior Squad Water Training = Sat 8am & Sun 8am

Junior Squad Water Training = Sat 8am & Sun 10am

Adult Beginner Coaching = Sat 9am& Sun 11am

Junior Beginner Coaching = Sun 10am
