Morning sessions (maximum 4 people per session)
Start at 5.30am, 6.00am, and 6.30am vacancies are first come first basis with regards to booking you’re regular slot. At the moment there is one vacancy at 5.30am, one/two at 6.00am and 6.30am is just starting up. We are trying to make the 6.30 session an all girls session if possible. The morning session takes 1 hour to complete.
Evening sessions (maximum 4 people per session)
Start at 6.00pm and 6.30pm on Monday and Wednesday’s vacancies are first come first basis with regards to booking you’re regular slot. At the moment there are two vacancies at 6.00pm and four at 6.30am. The evening session takes 30 minutes to complete. Tuesdays and Thursdays are at St.Ivo recreation centre and times coincide with adult lane swimming starting at 8.15pm. Numbers unlimited but additional costs of centre apply all are welcome.
Core Circuits = Wed 7pm
Available to any who wish to complete a Hardcore Core Session.
Senior Water Training = Sat 8am & Sun 8am
Available for known Seniors with current agreement by the Captain or Committee members. Saturday may co-inside with the Junior Squad Water Training.
Junior Squad Water Training = Sat 8am & Sun 10am
