St. Ives Rowing Club Corporate Challenge 2012

The St. Ives Corporate Challenge is designed to encourage  team building within companies and to introduce the participants to a new sport.

Companies enter teams of 4 people (all male/female or mixed of any age) and the club provides coaches who will teach them the basics of rowing one evening a week for six weeks from 21st May.  This culminates in ‘friendly’ racing and a BBQ on Saturday 30th June 2012.

The entry cost is £240 per team and entitles the participants to 6 weeks coaching, the Regatta day and membership of the Rowing Club until 31st  August 2012. 
Participants should have no previous rowing experience.

Closing date for entries is 17.00, 14th May 2012

Participants must attend one of the induction sessions at 18.30 on either Tuesday 15th May 2012 or Thursday 17th May 2012 at the rowing club.
Training begins Monday 21st  May 2012

Teams select a training evening on a 'first come first served' basis and attend the s same evening each week for their 6 sessions of coaching.
